South Uist, the second largest of the Outer Hebridean islands, brings you Britain's oldest rocks and a wild and wonderful landscape that's as lovely as it is diverse.
The wildlife that you see is phenominal and you feel so relaxed in the easy going community, you won't find many shops or things we people from the mainland expect, but you do find a great sense of friendliness on the islands that has to be fealt to be beleived.
The wildlife is also in abundance and is a great place for bird watchers and the like.
