Loch Katrine is the place where Glasgow's water supply comes from. There are daily sailings on the Sir Walter Scott steam boat that allows you to see this really picturesque loch.
At the loch you can hire bicycles or a buggy to explore the loch from the shores,the walkway round the loch goes some way around it and if you want you can also come back to the start point with the steamer.
