The Trossachs is an area that includes various lochs and of course the towns of Callender and Aberfoyle. In Callender you will also find the Rob Roy tourist and visitor centre and it is well worth a visit.
The Trossachs takes in a wide area and is also a National Park. The area of the Trossachs has an abundance of natural beauty, with it's many lochs including Lomond, Katrine,Venicher and Lubnaig to mention a few.
The beauty of the Trossachs is that you can travel short distances and see such a contrast in the landscape, also there is a tremendous amount of Scottish history in this area to find out about.
